Cripple Productions'
Artist in Residence

Cripple Productions launched something big. We rolled out a year-long residency that’s all about freedom, experimentation, and creativity for disabled artists, actors & all-around creatives. Think less “cookie-cutter” and more like a creative playground where your work can evolve, push boundaries, and be seen by entirely new audiences.

What We’re Offering

  • Artists will have exclusive access to our City Headquarters Studios in Paris, London, Los Angeles, and San Diego. These spaces are designed for maximum creative flow, with all the resources and vibes you need to dive deep into your practice, connect with other like-minded artists, and collaborate in a space that feels more like a modern, art haven than a traditional studio.

  • Your work will have its moment—after a year of creating, you’ll showcase what you’ve made with a tour and presentation of your work in California. Think gallery openings, intimate performances, and cool events that bring your art to the right crowd.

  • At the end of your residency, you’ll receive a $5000 grant to continue your creative journey through a collaboration with Cripple Productions. It’s our way of making sure your work doesn’t just stop at the finish line—we want to keep pushing it forward with you.

This residency is powered by the incredible team at Disability Culture Hub, a collective that’s all about amplifying the voices of disabled artists and creating inclusive, accessible spaces for creative expression.

Why You Should Apply

This program is all about breaking the mold. If you’re an artist looking for space to innovate, collaborate, and showcase your work in a way that’s truly unique, we want to hear from you.
